Strauss Coffee

We designed the professional coffee tasting center for the Strauss Group within the Elite coffee factory in Lod.

The designed space is intended for professionals in the field of coffee, purchasing people from private and public bodies who are debating which coffee company to choose, or who are invited to visit to see what is new.

The center is divided into several main spaces - including a professional coffee lab, offices, a 3D map with a uniquely mapped video projection that tells the story of coffee with fascinating visual means, seating areas for entertaining diverse audiences, niches displaying authentic packaging and tools for grinding coffee, and a central hospitality space that includes a coffee tasting table. The tasting table allows professional workers to examine daily the taste of coffee ground from beans sent from Strauss' coffee fields from around the world.
